feat: add public read-only draft state API endpoint (#52)
Adds GET /api/seasons/:seasonId/draft returning current pick number, who's on the clock, and the full picks list with usernames and sport. Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
