Adds an admin page at /admin/draft-schedule that visualizes sport-season
draft windows (draftOn -> draftOff) as a Gantt-style timeline: Y axis is
the sport, X axis is a 6- or 12-month horizon. A warning panel highlights
sports with no open or upcoming draft window so gaps in coverage are
obvious at a glance.
- New findDraftScheduleForHorizon model query (overlap test against the
horizon, admin sport-seasons only)
- Presentational DraftScheduleGantt component with month gridlines, a
"today" marker, and status-colored bars linking to each sport-season
- Route registered in routes.ts and linked from the admin nav
- Unit tests for the model query and component

Extracts 9 domain components from new.tsx and $leagueId.settings.tsx into
app/components/league/ (each with a Storybook story), consolidates wizard
form-building into wizard-state.ts, and updates the settings page to use
the shared components instead of hand-rolled duplicates. new.tsx shrinks
from ~2000 → ~1280 lines.

Active seasons sort first, then upcoming, then completed. Within each
status group, seasons sort by sport name alphabetically then year
ascending. Fixes return type of findAllSportsSeasons to reflect the
included sport/participants relations, removing the cast in the loader.

* Fix: restore lte/gte imports removed in review cleanup
The relational query where-callback in this version of Drizzle does not
expose lte/gte as helper args, so they must be imported from drizzle-orm.
Removing them broke CI TypeScript.

Admins can now enable/disable a sport season from appearing in league
creation and pre-draft league settings. Non-draftable seasons are hidden
from selection but remain visible (and checked) if already linked to an
existing pre-draft league. Leagues in draft status or beyond are unaffected.
