Adds onAdjustTimeBankOpen and onSetAutodraftOpen props to MiniDraftGrid so the last-two-rounds display on the Participants tab shows the same "Adjust Time Bank…" / "Set Autodraft…" context menu on right-click that the full Draft Board already exposes.
